Captain Leo

Captain Leo Duarte is a licensed 100 gross ton captain. He is also STCW, CPR and open water scuba certified. Leo has worked along the California coast from Half Moon Bay to Point Loma and has been a member of the Oceanside fishing community since 1994.

Whether fishing bass on the beach or pelagics offshore, Capt. Leo has the knowledge and experience to make your trip memorable. He is passionate about sportfishing, both hook and line and spear, and looks forward to sharing that passion with you. From novice to expert or family to business groups, Capt. Leo and his crew will provide you with a fun and stress-free atmosphere.

Capt. Leo is also a dedicated husband and father. When not on the water, he can be found spending time with his wife of 15 years and their two beautiful daughters.
